I will be updating this page periodically with pictures of Savannah. Savannah was lost in the early morning of July 2, 2014, when she escaped out of the kitchen window. Though my kitchen window has a screen, I found that Savannah had expanded and then wormed her way out of a hole in it. I suspect it was around 4am or 5am, as the morning birds were singing. Like many cats, Savannah loves watching birds outside windows. She has a curious and intelligent disposition, and likely escaped to chase a bird or other prey. The last time I saw SavannahCat, she was dozing peacefully in her favorite box around 3:45am. I got up to use the bathroom, gave her some chin rubs, and went back to bed for some sleep. By the time I woke around 8am, she was gone. Savannah has a brother named Parker, who keeps meowing piteously at her deserted box and at the closet door, where she likes to hide.
